With a diverse repertoire of exercises that are randomly selected your workouts are never the same. Build your own workout by mixing and matching programs. This circuit style, interval training game is designed to burn calories and fat.

For the advanced fitness buff: Do 20 or 15 down and challenge yourself against your best score with advanced exercises, including pushups, mountain climbers, squat jumps and many more challenging exercises.

For the beginner: Do 5 or 10 down. Increase your fitness level by training in the beginner series and working your way towards being fit and fierce! Exercises include Jumping Jacks, modified pushups, and squat jumps.

How to Play

· Select a workout program: 5, 10, 15 or 20 Down

· Complete the # of reps on the screen

· Rest while your opponent or Jade finishes their repetitions

· Complete your second set and so on

· Push ups 20,15,10 or 5 down

· Squat Jumps 20,15,10 or 5 down

· Mountain Climbers 20,15,10 or 5 down

· V-ups 20,15,10 or 5 down

· Jumping Jacks 20,15,10 or 5 down

· For a total body workout combine Push-ups, squat jumps, and V-ups

· For a total body beginner series combine Push ups, V-ups, and jumping jacks

· For a total core workout combine mountain climbers and v-ups
